Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $75, otherwise $7.99
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

How to Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  4. Pack items securely and ship using provided label

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
